Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trakhub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Trakhub provides workforce management for Employers and Employees.

  • Employers: Responsible for accurate billing and ensuring employee data is handled according to local labor laws.
  • Employees: Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and providing accurate time-tracking data.
  • Geolocation: By using the clock-in/out features, users consent to the use of geolocation for verification during the check-in process.
3. Fees and Payments

Trakhub is free for Managers to set up. A fee of $10/month per onboarded employee applies.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend account access until the balance is resolved.

5. Limitation of Liability

TRAKHUB IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAKHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA RESULTING FROM PAYROLL DISCREPANCIES OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME.

6. Account Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. Employers may deactivate employee accounts via the dashboard (Soft Deletion). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, including non-payment.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
