Geovanni Trujano is a multi-agency State Farm owner and operator who co-founded TrakHub alongside Eric to solve operational problems they experienced firsthand.
After scaling two high-volume insurance agencies, serving as a co-owner of Premier Agency Solutions — a staffing firm supporting State Farm agencies — and leading bilingual teams across sales and service, Geovanni saw the same breakdowns everywhere: broken time tracking, unreliable PTO, and limited visibility into attendance and performance. Together, he and Eric set out to build a better system.
Eric is a CPA-turned-entrepreneur who has owned and operated two successful State Farm agencies since 2012. Leveraging his financial expertise and leadership experience, he also founded a remote staffing company dedicated to providing top-tier customer service representatives to growing businesses. Together Geovanni and Eric have provided staffing solutions to countless insurance agents.
In addition, Eric joined Geovanni as a partner in TrakHub HR LLC with the vision of helping businesses streamline their employee HR systems and improve operational efficiency through smarter workforce management tools.
He lives with his wife Jill and their daughters, Avery (3) and Teagan (1).
