This Privacy Policy explains what information TrakHub collects, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to users located in the United States and to our mobile applications and website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and secure our service. This includes:

  • Account Information: name, date of birth, phone number.
  • Employment & Time Data: clock-in/out times, PTO requests, and attendance.
  • Payment Information: Handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device type, and log data.
3. How We Use Your Information

Data is used to create accounts, record attendance/PTO for HR management, and maintain service security. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics and we do not sell personal information.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on reputable providers to operate:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication and database.
  • AWS: Secure hosting and storage.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
5. Data Retention & Deletion

We use a two-step deletion approach:

Soft Deletion: Inaccessible to users but retained for admin/compliance.

Hard Deletion: Permanent removal upon request, except where required by law (e.g., payroll records).
